PathOS – Terms of Service

Welcome to PathOS (“PathOS”, “Path”, “we”, “us”), an all-in-one work and creation platform that helps individuals, teams, and organizations plan, collaborate, build applications, and use AI safely within shared digital workspaces (“Users”).
By accessing or using PathOS, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the Service
PathOS is a work operating environment, not a professional service provider.
PathOS provides:
- A unified workspace for plans, chat, knowledge, files, communities, and apps
- AI-assisted companions and tools that propose actions for user approval
- A Studio for creating apps, websites, games, and workflows
- A Store for installing user-published applications
- Optional wallet, payments, and on-chain governance features
PathOS does not:
- Provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
- Act as an employer, organizer, broker, or agent
- Control or operate user-created organizations, events, apps, or services
All collaboration, publishing, transactions, and interactions occur between users or organizations, at their own discretion.
2. No Professional Advice
- PathOS and its AI features are assistive and informational only
- AI outputs, recommendations, or generated content are not substitutes for licensed professional advice
- You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your use of PathOS
3. User Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be 16 years or older to use PathOS
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and devices
- You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- PathOS may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms
4. Workspaces & Multi-Tenancy
- All activity in PathOS occurs inside workspaces
- A workspace may represent an individual, team, organization, or community
- Data, apps, and AI actions are scoped to the active workspace
- You may only access workspaces where you have been explicitly granted permission
PathOS enforces workspace isolation by design.
5. User Content & Publishing
You may create, upload, or publish:
- Plans, posts, messages, files, and knowledge
- Apps, websites, games, and workflows
- Community content and social interactions
You retain ownership of your content.
By using PathOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the platform.
You agree not to publish:
- Illegal or harmful content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Content intended to harass, deceive, or discriminate
6. AI Companions & Automation
PathOS provides AI companions and agents that:
- Assist with planning, writing, building, and analysis
- Propose actions instead of executing them automatically
- Require explicit user approval for impactful system actions
PathOS AI does not act independently beyond defined permissions.
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated proposals.
7. Apps, Store, and Studio
- Users may publish applications and digital experiences to the PathOS Store
- Installed apps operate within the permissions and data scopes defined by the workspace
- PathOS does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcomes of third-party apps
- App creators are responsible for their published content and behavior
8. Wallets, Payments & Digital Assets
PathOS may offer:
- Wallets for platform points and rewards
- Fiat payments via third-party processors
- On-chain interactions (testnet or mainnet, where enabled)
Unless explicitly stated:
- Platform points are not currency or financial instruments
- Digital balances may not have intrinsic monetary value
- Blockchain features are user-initiated and optional
PathOS does not act as a bank, custodian, or financial advisor.
9. Public & Kiosk Usage
PathOS may operate in public or kiosk environments:
- Sessions may be stateless by default
- Persistent actions may require user login
- All actions require explicit confirmation
Users are responsible for protecting their privacy in public settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathOS is not liable for:
- User-generated content or interactions
- App behavior or third-party integrations
- AI-generated outputs or recommendations
- Data loss, interruptions, or indirect damages
Your use of PathOS is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the platform
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
Upon termination, access to PathOS will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

- Account Information: Name, email, preferences, language, theme, date of birth, gender (optional)
- Workspace Data: Plans, messages, files, app usage
- AI Interaction Data: Prompts, proposals, approvals (for functionality only)
- Technical Data: Device type, app version, diagnostics
- Payment Data: Processed securely by third-party providers (we do not store card details)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use data to:
- Operate and improve PathOS
- Enable collaboration and app functionality
- Provide AI assistance and personalization
- Maintain security, auditing, and system integrity
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
- Data is shared only with your consent or within authorized workspaces
- We do not sell personal data
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be used to improve the platform
4. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no system is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and devices.
